is a plot twist, just look at any other person's reaction and they will be shocked. You should know at that point that everyone from 2188 is dead and it has been millions of years. So yes, revealing that this child Morimura (that was only born a couple of years ago in this loop) that Gouto implanted with the memories of the adult Morimura (this was also said previously) is actually the Morimura from the year 2188 is a huge twist, since we were led to believe that everyone from 2188 has long been dead. It's obvious that you can't follow the story since you don't even look at the mystery files to help.
