I'll say this. The grill at is generally waht I use something similar to that. They work great, but setup and cleaning is harder than a gas grill.Gotta set up a charcoal tower and clean out the char after its done. End of the day? I like it a lot though. Smells great taste greats. Got my dad a smoker a long time ago we never really used it much though. Standard grill worked fine for most things.E: Use the briquettes personally work great for what I need.
