“Hmm, that’s right. I just talked about my past self on the time machine, so let’s turn to my future self.”
“My future self… well, here it is:”
“Do you like yourself?”
“I’ve always been able to believe only in the future, and the reason I believed in that future was because I kept thinking, ‘Someday, everything will be okay.’ That’s how I managed to move forward until today. And because I want to learn to truly love myself someday, that ‘someday’ exists in the future.”
“So then, I want to ask: do you love yourself?”
“I’d really love to hear your answer.”
“If you say, ‘Yes, I do,’ that would make me so happy.”
